Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 cup white onion finely chopped
  • 1 squeezed lime
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper sliced and seeded
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 garlic cloves minced
  • 6 boneless skinless breast halves

Instructions
 

  • In a 4 cup measuring cup combine the first 9 ingredients.
  • Pour 2 cups into a gallon Ziploc storage bag and turn to coat.
  • Refrigerate for 2-4 hours
  • Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Drain and discard marinade from chicken.
  • Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat.

Notes

Always use a meat thermometer when cooking meat. 
The safe temperature for grilled chicken, according to the USDA, is 165 degrees F or 74 degrees C. This temperature ensures that any harmful bacteria, like Salmonella, are killed.
