Jalapeno Lime Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1/3 cup white onion finely chopped
- 1 squeezed lime
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper sliced and seeded
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 garlic cloves minced
- 6 boneless skinless breast halves
Instructions
- In a 4 cup measuring cup combine the first 9 ingredients.
- Pour 2 cups into a gallon Ziploc storage bag and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours
- Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat grill to medium heat.
- Drain and discard marinade from chicken.
- Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat.

Always use a meat thermometer when cooking meat.
